VP, Compliance – Pharmaceutical

A growing, publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company with its first NDA before the FDA for early 2011 approval, and other late stage drug candidates in development,  needs  Vice President, Compliance  to plan, develop and execute the company compliance program.  Requires  knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework including sales and marketing,  Fraud and Abuse issues, OIG and other industry guidance documents, FDA regulations on the promotion of marketed products, clinical trial regulations and issues arising under the False Claims Act.  JD and/or MBA preferred with 10+ years pharmaceutical compliance experience. Travel up to 25-50% ; $150 -200K.  Northeast
