Position: Vice President of Customer Support
Location: Position is located in the San Francisco Bay area. Candidates must already live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Working remotely is not an option.
Compensation: This is a key hire. Client is willing and able to put together the right package for the right candidate.&n bsp; The compensation package will include: base salary, bonus, and stock options. Plus, there is a full benefits package.
Client has a very open and collaborative management style. He values people with strong intellectual capabilities. He will only hire someone who is a team player. Basically, he prefers to agree to a set of objectives making sure that the objectives are clearly outlined and understood by the individual, then let the individual execute the plan. But, expects the individual to keep him informed of progress. Individual must be able to go to him when in need of help. He will only hire someone that is very entrepreneurial, innovative and passionate with a burning hunger for success. He wants people with new ideas and strong opinions, but able to move in a fast paced, high growth, start up environment. Need someone who is very nice and pleas ant to work with who can achieve results without stepping on people.
