Lead and direct strategic growth initiatives within CRM CONSUMER team in order to grow customer value. Identify, research, and analyze potential CRM opportunities for growth, develop communication strategies in media such as print and digital to address and capture specific opportunities. Build test and refine recommendations, evaluate results and make recommendations relative to implementation.
7 years experience in an information based CRM environment. Undergraduate degree in Marketing; Master’s degree preferred.
