Position: Segmentation & Targeting Director
Position Description: This individual plays a critical role in providing strategic direction for the collection, maintenance, and usage of customer data necessary to achieve business objectives. Success in this role requires a visionary approach to data management, demonstrated ability to formulate and present complex analyses in ways that engage senior executives, and a proven track record conceptualizing and delivering strategic data-related initiatives that add measurable value to an organization’s bottom line. Leadership for team of 8 database managers/analysts.
Position Requirements: BA or BS in Business, Management, Marketing or IT required; MBA preferred. Advanced-level, or Super User of CRM software required; experience with Salesforce.com preferred. Advanced level user of Microsoft Office applications; experience with Access is required. Knowledge of SQL and other query-enabling languages preferred. In-depth experience with reporting applications. Experience with ETL applications and processes preferred.
