POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have recent and significant experience in a marketing leadership position at a consumer focused company with responsibility for online and offline marketing, lead gen, customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, social media, marcom, PR, branding. Must be able to outline at least one example of how you successfully built “buzz” around a brand that was virtually unknown when you started working on it. Must be a leader who can create and execute strategy while building out a team for Acquisition Marketing (Paid Media, CPC, CPA, Affiliates, etc.). Must have a history of quota achievement and a track record of success in acquiring online customers and increasing conversion rates. Need marketers who have a demonstrated record of online results. Experience working in a “startup” environment is strongly preferred.
